Rang this store last week and gave up after 10 minutes. Tried again today and no one picked up the phone again, so I gave up after 5 mins. Actually went in last week to book an eye test after they messaged me. After 15 mins sitting, got up and walked out. Disgraceful service. On a previous occasion I was 10 min late and I was refused an eye test. Despite being disabled having called and informed them I was in the metro centre, I was told not to worry. Today I had an appointment at 12.50. Arrived at 12.45 waited till 14.00. Taken for glasses and eye check and asked to wait... read full comment
