1 star is me being generous. Customer service is not worth all the stress and money you spend. Communication is very poor. Carpet fitting quality is poor . Make your money worth and go somewhere else.

If scs did wwe it would explain the reason that everytime you walk through the doors your pretty much spear tackled by a sales rep and endless questions... guys lay off let people walk round first then offer to help, .... very off putting

We ordered our 3 piece it came within the time stated but the couch would not fit in the front door ,they took it back to the warehouse and the shop emailed someone to dismantle it ,a man called Michael phoned to say he would come the next day with the couch ,they literally dismantled it and put it back together ,hows that for service it cost a £100 but it would of cost a lot more if I had to get my window taken out ,5* service ?

Unbelievable mess!If there is less than one star it's for them!After so many weeks of delay in delivering our furniture, we received only partial delivery with one faulty dismantling rock hair! We asked to cancel one remaining power recliner chair that they are not sure when it will be delivered, and it is already delayed many weeks, they dare to refuse! Appalling.

Embarrasing how bad the customer experience is here. Staff have no idea how to deal with the publc at all, ended up going to Funiture Village opposite where we were greeted like a customer should be and we ended up spending our hard earned cash. Check all of the latest reviews here before you buy, there's a common thread of unsatisfied people over the last 12 months.

Went into Scs Metrocentre on 2nd of October and bought a carpet, the lady I was dealing with was also the store manager. Due to a promotion they had I was told the fitting is for free and on the day I will only have to pay around £20 as I asked for my old carpet to be removed. After a week I got a call and I was told that the colour I choose is no longer available and I need to go into store to choose something else. Done that and didn't complain as the colour was beautiful and they didn't had something similar and took them 1 week to inform me. Today I got a call that the carpet arrived, booked a fitting date and then I was told that the fitters are self employed and apart of paying for the removal of my old carpet I will also need to pay £120 for the fitting that in the first place I was told it will be for free. The agent told me that the fitting amount was taken off the initial price but I have to pay the fitters , then where is the promotion I was told about? Complaint about misinformation and they said that there is nothing they can do. Well done Scs, for sure I won't be using your services anymore.

My experience in store was great. The staff were really helpful and patient. However when I received my paperwork regarding my sofa purchase, one of the suites had been ordered in a different colour. I emailed and got no reply so called and was on hold for 20 mins. I got through to someone who said everything looked fine at her end and said someone would call me back. No call back, so had to ring and wait another 20mins where the girl corrected the error straight away. All I would check your paperwork as I was charged £30 for a cleaning kit I wasn't aware of. Other than that I had a good experience. Hopefully will be the same when my orders arrive ??

Ordered 2 sofas in december 2020 7 month on & 6 cancelled delivery dates still waiting for sofas. Customer service not fantastic was not allowed to speak to a senior manager. Would not recommend. Mite get sofas by december this year if im lucky.

Fantastic service, looking for carpet bought here five years ago. Staff located records though unfortunately no longer made. She helped us find alternative so we have ordered it and only have couple of weeks to get it fitted. We came back after five years, and will be back again!

Had a really good experience with buying our sofa and carpet at the same time. Employees were not aggressive in their sales approach and allowed you to look at all items without interference not like other furniture stores. All staff were polite and helpfully especially the lady who was the carpet manager at the metro retail park when we returned to get a full cost following measurements taken of our front room for the carpet. Looking now to carpet being fitted and sofas delivered in September.
