We had a kids birthday party here recently and it was great value and very easy! Bowling, dodgems, food, arcade tokens and party bags. All the kids left very happy and we were stress free. Well worth it, thank you Jodie for looking after us!

Usually enjoy coming here but there's been a couple times where the machine has not produced tickets. I've told the employees who work there about this. Then some bloke who was absolutely miserable both times and arsey about it came to sort it. Not sure what his issue is but in a place where people come to have fun how about being nice?

Had an awesome afternoon and evening playing arcade games. A couple of members of staff were fantastic and made our experience so much better! Will definitely come back during our next holiday.

This softplay was used to be nice, but since they stop offering Wi-Fi, and is the outside of Metrocentre?s Wifi, which means the waiting time during my kids playing became awful and painful. I?ll not come again. Besides, noises from game machines are too loud. I couldn?t hear my daughter?s voice at all. This noise level is not safty to let kids play.

Great fun place! friendly, helpful team. machine changes quite regular, thus the chance of getting bored's reduced. Reasonable charges.

Booked bowling online, arrived but the place needs to be bigger it's far to busy not enough seating for the lane , I don't recommend this place.
