We always have good service at muffin break but today was exceptional. Thank you to the staff today came in with my disabled daughter and the staff could not have done enough. Coffee and food was excellent my daughter thoroughly enjoyed it. We will be back soon. Thanks again

Keep serving customers and all tables are absolutely messy and not cleaned all dishes on every single table and expecting customers to clean and collect dishes from table themselves! I've asked for a try to clean the table and one of staff never even said sorry, never said we will come and clean them ..she just gave me the tray to clean it for them! Shocking ..
I don't think there is a manger there to mange things ...and of course so expensive..with this situation! Sorry Never again ..

Toasted sandwich = two slices of bead could just make out the filling. Bit of pickle and could just say find the cheese £5.90 what a rip off. Waitress washing up threw the pots around so much you couldn't hear yourself think let alone talk. She had ear phones in so couldn't hear how loud she was being. Would not come back

Great service, very helpful and friendly staff. Delicious food. My fruit scone was lovely - crunchy outside and soft inside without being stodgy or heavy - delicious. Hubbys Biscoff cheesecake was totally scrummy too. A good cup of coffee alongside. Made a great start to shopping.

Extremely over priced for what they serve. Paid £5.60 for 2 bottles of pop. The numerous glasses we were given were all dirty and had dust in the bottom of them. When getting served the members of staff ignored me as their customer and stood talking between themselves. Had to wait for members of staff to finish talking and ask them to clear a table for us even though it was basically empty. Every table had dirty dishes and unwanted food on them.

My hubby and I recently popped into Muffin break for our caffeine fix whilst on an errand at the metro centre. We shared a blueberry muffin. I had an caramel frappe and hubby had an americano. Very lovely.

Avoid at all cost. I bought a TGTG bag and this was the type of muffin that was given. The inside was white and tasted powdery. The other for comparison, is chocolate but bland. Wrote to them but got no reply.
