Hygiene is appalling, a member of staff was standing on her phone with gloves on and then handling food without changing them. Been here a few times and staff are always so rude, never any pleases or thank you’s and so miserable. Shame as the pretzels are really nice.

Very rude staff, wouldn't let me order as the dough wasn't ready yet even though I said I would wait. Was very unprofessional muttering under their breath as I was walking away. The pretzels are good but as the prices keep rising and the staff service being poor time and time again, I'm hesitant to even come back
