visit here for bubble tea 2-3 times every month, nice staff, the drinks always up to standard, they have lots of special drinks on the menu that you couldn't find anywhere, and their tapioca is the best in Newcastle

The service was fantastic but the reason for my low staring is because I got I er charged and they are unable to give a refund. I have to wait for head office to process my refund. I'm not sure if I trust it.

I was standing in the queue, first in line for about 10 minutes, and the staff never once acknowledged me. Terrible service.

amazing bubble tea hidden in the metrocentre!! amy was so lovely and chatted with us whilst making our drinks! they?ve got both soya and oat milk as well if you can?t have dairy. we?ll absolutely be coming back whenever we?re in the metrocentre as the drinks were 10/10 and service was amazing! highly highly highly recommend!

Drink was not great, didn?t feel fresh and made me feel a bit sick. Annoying music played the whole time I was in there. At least the staff seemed nice enough

Went in with my son for the first time the other day? I was only in a few minutes and my head was done in off that same song being played over and over. I asked the lady who was lovely by the way if that plays all day long and she said yes. That is a form of torture! How can you expect someone to listen to that for their full shift. I couldn?t possibly!

The staff are so lovely and so friendly the drinks are to die for but the song they have repeating in the background would be enough to send me into a goddam coma after 30 minutes of working there I don?t know how the staff cope. Mooboo should consider their staffs sanity rather than their irritating childlike song playing over and over and over again.

Went today and my friend got treat horribly by staff which I couldn't get the names of but they misheard his order and when he said that's the wrong drink they got annoyed I heard his order myself and I know what he said. A female member of staff proceeded to yell at my friend because my friend didnt like being called a liar then the same member of staff made our drinks and I found lumps in my drink which really just knocked me sick. If there was a 0 star option I would have pressed it

I love Bubble Tea and this store is really convenient. The staff are so friendly here and very helpful. The music is terrible though, I have nightmares about that theme song.... please change the music! For our sake and the poor staff who are stuck with it when we leave!

Tried this yesterday and the lady was very helpful in helping me choose something to try for the first time. Was so good I just had to bring my partner back here for part of Date Night tonight. The staff are very kind and welcoming and a credit to the business ? will 100% be back again!
