“Was in the store yesterday with my grandma who was looking for a fascinator, shoes and a bag Judith A and Evie could not have been more helpful. We were not rushed at all the staff had all the time in the world and let my grandma try on her own dress and jacket along with a number of their fascinators and shoes to see which suited her best and what one she was most comfortable with. 11/10 customer service cannot thank both Judith and Evie enough. Will be returning whenever we need more occasion wear; Even ended up leaving with shoes and a bag for myself! Thanks ladies xx”

So accommodating, knowledgeable and helpful without applying any pressure for sale.We were looking for a watch for my wife’s birthday. He spent time explaining the brands and when we saw a Tudor watch we liked, he explained in great detail the history of the company, as I’ve never heard of them before.
