Wow wow wow! One of the best hot chocolates I've ever had! So rich and delicious! The chocolate whipped cream is heaven - a chocoholics dream! Sadly tried this prior to being diagnosed with coeliac, and these hotel chocolates are not suitable for people with coeliac disease. Sadly hotel chocolat is not coeliac-friendly, which is a real shame because I adored their proper ethical chocolate. I do recommend this to those that can try it! The iced chocolate is delicious too!

All I got was the hazelnut praline milkshake with chocolate whipped cream on top, but wow it is absolutely delicious! Have the VIP card which means it was only about £4 for the large one! The staff are always very pleasant and smiley! Every time I'm in the metro centre I get one of these!

Lovely place and cherry on top was the awesome server Christina who offered to put the large shake into 2 for both of us and even helped with setting up the loyalty card which had a 20% refund.Simply amazing ambience all thanks to her!Plus the chocolate for sampling. Will always be our to go when visiting in Metro Centre

Only popped in for a browse but because of the amazing service by the staff especially ?Nathan? I walked out with new velvetiser and various flavoured boxes to try (especially like the orange one). If it wasn?t for Nathan I would of never experienced the amazing taste which has now become part of my night time routine

We have been in here twice before and asked about the carbohydrates in the drinks but no one was able to give us a answer, I went in today and Christina served us and she was so helpful and was able to correct information so after 2 year of missing out I had my first velvtised hot chocolate, thank you

Used to be a regular at their cafe. Their drinks are always lovely even if a bit expensive however they have now started charging 50p for cream! So it?s now coming up to £9 just for two drinks.Became a rip off. Won?t be going anymore
