Find it yourself decide for yourself If it's not digital there appears no chance of 'assistance'If you decide 'yes' you've then got to find the cash desk which is probably a marathon away Then when you leave there every member of staff wants to speak to you.It was never like that in my day.If i hadn't really needed the appliance then I would have left it on the shelfTry somewhere else for customer service

You can find pretty much all things electrical here at Currys. Staff are friendly and ready to help with advice, whether it be choosing a new pc or a TV.

I went in to look for a smartwatch and asked one of the staff a question about it. He was so rude and only spoke to my husband when it was me wanting to buy it we walked right out of there after that not buying anything

I called in today to look at tv's. There were 5 staff round the till. I found the TV I wanted to ask about and waited. And waited. Then tried to catch someones eye. There were no customers at the till. No- one made any effort to help- just continued to chat. I'll buy the TV from elsewhere. That's £900 you've lost.

What?s happened to the basics in Retail? I had to approach the two guys behind the counter who chatting. One didn?t even look up or say hello. The other made me feel like an inconvenience for being there. No thank you, smile or any customer service skills!

A bland and depressing experience. Young lad who served me was too busy playing on his phone resulting in wrong item being purchased. Had to bring back for refund. More effort required.

Went to the Currys in the Metro centre after the Currys in Kempton Patk was unable to help, though they really tried, even willing to sell me a display model, as they were out of stock, but unfortunately didn't have all the parts to go with ot. The Metro centre Currys was completely different, not even willing to discuss selling me their display model, even though they admitted they had no idea if they would ever get anymore in stock as the camcorders were being phased out. I tried to explain that I had a Once In A Lifetime opportunity to film something and wanted to do it well.It took almost 20 minutes to get someone to help and they were the manager. His attitude was poor at best and I could tell he really didn't want to be bothered. I will think long and hard about ever going to the Currys in the Metro centre, or any Currys in the future. In Budiness " The Customer is always right", yet I was treated as if I was a bother.

Walked right past. Never set foot in a Curry's PC World in a decade because their staff were always ill informed and the goods overpriced

Found them very difficult to deal with on line so will go elsewhere

NO, they close at 1800H, not 1900H, not 2100H. I work in the NHS and was due to finish at 1800H shift, hurried over to Metrocentre only to find a closed Currys after going thru all the buses and pandemic.Waste of time, effort, and resource coming here, might as well withdraw that salary sacrifice thing, not worth giving my money to this establishment.

I am an analogue woman in a digital world the staff member I spoke to went to great lengths to help me. Nor was I rushed.
