The staff were pleasant and welcoming, and the selection of food was okay. However, the quality of the main course dishes was very poor ? lacking in flavour and freshness.
The desserts were surprisingly better, but overall, considering the price charged, I was highly disappointed. its not a restaurant I will be revisiting in future.

Normally I don't review unless it's been excellent or extremely bad but I feel some clarity and transparency is needed here.
Location is great for starters.
We got a warm welcome and was showed to our table.
The prices seem quite steep compared to Cosmo, but hey ho we was there.
Allergy wise it took about 3 people who couldn't understand my language of English before they produced the allergy guide.
With a dairy allergy I could eat most things available.
Food - it stated on previous reviews this was fresh, it certainly wasn't the chicken was like rubber, very very chewy and dry. Everything except the Chicken Curry was extremely bland, I'm not sure if the chef is tasting the food but some of it was inedible, I like a bit of MSG but this took it to a whole new level.
In comparison to Cosmo, the food in Cosmo is of a much better quality and fresh and actually has flavour. Cosmo is much cheaper than this restaurant.
Service - The Staff are clearly being pressured to upsell drinks. There's being attentive and then there's asking us if we would like a drink 5 times by 3 different people within the space of 2 minutes. We wasn't having a great experience but this really ruined it.
We was trying to have a conversation over dinner and literally every 2 minutes we was being pestered for a drink and we had barely touched the ones we had.
The waiting staff doesn't seem to be assigned to certain tables / areas so it's just a free for all, multiple waiting staff hounding you for more drinks.
We went to pay, and we was asked if we wanted to tip. Personally I didn't think the service was worthy of a tip after the experience we had. The lady behind the bar, huffed at me when I said no I'm alright thankyou.
Overall, a very poor meal, poor quality food and very intrusive pushy service.
A recommendation for the manager/ staff, if we want a drink we will either ask or flag you down. You don't need to be pressuring every 2 minutes.
Word of advice. Honestly go to Cosmo. Don't waste your money here.

Food is dry and meat is fatty, overall bit of a rubbish selection for the price. Over £20 for an adult and £12 for a child is a bit steep for the selection.

I had went in to have a nice chilled meal as I got my first plate of food we surely enough noticed the chicken wing had TEETH absolutely disgusting we had complained and they had said ?nobody else has complained? when we had shown them proof do not recommend coming unless you want a free dentist appointment

Let me start with this - I am no stranger to a buffet. This one was a first for me (derogatory). The price was expensive for the limited selection of food. The food wasn?t bad just buffet standard I tried quite a few options. However I felt terribly ill the next two days so take from that was you will.

Disappointed to be charged for a 14-month-old baby
We recently visited the restaurant and were surprised to be charged £3.50 for our 14-month-old baby, even though she ate very little. Most buffet restaurants usually allow babies under 2 to eat for free or charge a minimal amount only if they actually consume a portion. There was no clear notice about baby charges, and we weren?t informed in advance. While we understand policies vary, this felt unreasonable ? especially without clear communication. A little transparency and flexibility would go a long way in improving customer experience.

Your food is either over cooked or under cooked. You can't sell under cooked chicken. You need investigating as your going to harm someone.

Im absolutely appalled at the overall experience. I hate to complain especially in the restaurant if others can hear as it makes me feel uncomfortable. I like to be subtle but to be approached and asked why there had been waisted food the way I had was inappropriate. I told the server it was ok and we didn't want the plates that had been set aside. She then went on to say we should have got small portions to try it before getting any more. So I told her on the 3 plates that had been left (4 of us dining) the food was inedible. Dry Chicken satay, same with the ribs, children's chicken nuggets....more than over cooked. Singapore noodles the meat (what small morsel there was) tasted foul. Chicken drum stick pink throughout. Dry, over cooked salt and pepper chicken. Honestly the only thing that was edible was the spring rolls, salt and pepper wedges and the salad items.
I felt so embarrassed and made to feel like I was being a gluttonous pig when I had barley eaten anything nor was the waste even close to the bill amount. I can only presume it was due to them watching me spit out bite after bite of different dishes that they found it an insult. I was as discreet as I could be but honestly I've never ate food so bad with such disgusting service. I got up and paid immediately after as the rude server went straight over gossiping to other staff about me saying the food was so bad. I didn't want them thinking I had said it to somehow wangle out of the bill. I felt pressured in to explaining why I had left my food.

Food was dry as sticks! Prawns dried up and smelt awful! Food obviously left overs from day before totally NOT Freshly made! Another customer ate nothing and refused to pay! I should have done the same as all I ate was a bit of salad! Horrible!

Came here today after the cinema for the Grand Buffet, i use the term Grand Buffet very lightly due to the non variety/selection on offer... the options were the same as if you went Lunch Time, and i know this due to being here on a Lunch Time before. SAVE YOUR MONEY and AVOID!!!! also Pork from the Pork and Noodles was bleeding.... this isn't a good thing with any meat yet even worse when it is pork ????????? £50 down the drain, guarantee we won't be returning.
