Went for AirPod pro 2 got home they didn?t charge went back next day to get them replaced man says they charge so I bring them back home, charge them and they don?t charge either. Terrible service!

I am so grateful to Aaron the I techie who breathed more life into my old iPad and fixed others issues. All the while explaining what and why for in layman?s English. Pearls of wisdom and a credit to Apple.

I bought a 15 pro max phone last month. The advisor recommended me to buy screen protector for £35 with very quick and endless warranty. The screen protector broke within 3 weeks ( fell from not even 1 meter).I went to the shop asked to be replaced, they told me to apply online to Belkin website.Spent 1 hour filling a form attaching few photos? I received an email today that they don?t have the product in stock, and it will take awhile!!I was mislead by first advisor about quality of the product, and if I need to change the protector I can come anytime to the shop and they will replace it!Very disappointed with the staff, product and price. I don?t recommend anyone to buy screen protector from the apple shop.

Booked an appointment with the Genius bar and within seconds of the geek touching my new phone from a third party supplier not apple but another high street store local to us he could tell it wasn't a genuine screen amazing with the touch even before he booted it up.So to confirm this he went into a setting to confirm the phone had a hardware issue with all the fault logs and activity on its historyReturned the phone to the original supplier for a replacement exchange which was easily done armed with the knowledge and evidence.Replacement phone felt different maybe a bit heavier which might have been a big clue when he first picked up the phoneAnyway all sortedBut lesson learned just buy direct from Apple for piece of mind and serviceThe thing is if the phone did boot up without any problems and maybe lasted a year without a fault appearing and then finding out we had bought a switcharo refurbished phoneSo maybe always insist on a sealed box phone and not to be fobbed off with customer wanted to check colour or bluffed it was the last one in stock display itemThankfully it never spoilt the gift but does does make you wonder

Awful experience at the Genius Bar, staff member was going around in circles, giving me ridiculous explanations for why my iPhone 15PM camera is not performing to the required standard. Told me eventually that I should ?set the phone up from new?. When I responded that we pay for a seamless Apple experience, not to delete our backups and start anew, they said that ?all devices can develop issues? and it?s my decision whether or not to follow this (terrible) advice. I think it?s time to go to android.

Ouch, used to be such a amazing place! Think it's gone a fairly down hill.Newcastle City centre is a far handier option, if you dont mind paying for car parking.

I got a new 15 pro max and was not very happy to see dust inside camera lens, I went to apple metrocentre for a solution they told they will clean it as there is no camera quality issue.They took my phone for about two hour service after they came with more dust inside and when I asked they replied me that there may be dust inside but there is no quality issue.It's was exactly like you got a new car with scratches but the showroom management says it's just scratches but the car runs smooth.No value for money spent.
