I visited today to buy a couple of items and was very impressed with the fantastic customer service.
All of the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the tattood lady ? and the gentleman wearing the extremely baggy jumper ? (didn't catch either of their names) both went out of their way to help.
Full credit to them, will certainly be back again.

Big shout out to LUCY in the metro centre branch,
Shopping today and she was so incredibly helpful. I bought two dresses for myself that I probably wouldn?t have tried on if not for her and they are so elegant and great fitting. Also bought numerous other man items. LUCY was fabulous with sizing, on trend, kind and considerate. Great asset to your store as I spent a fortune and will definately be back star ??

?Looking for inspiration? I told the lady,
2 years postpartum and completely lost, I?d hidden away in baggy hoodies and leggings as you do after you?ve had a baby, no shade there? I missed dressing up but my body has changed and I was finding it hard to navigate having to buy new clothes.
?Have you got an occasion? she asked?
My 30th is a couple of months away now.
She sprung into action, listening to what I like & dislike, she picked a selection of clothes which she thought would look good, talked me through how to style them through seasons.
I loved that she picked items out of my comfort zone, she was 10000% right! Give this girly a raise (and a storeroom much closer please) I hope to come back for the other items someday soon. I can?t wait to wear my new dress, it?s given me a much needed boost and helped me to feel a bit like my pre baby self again
