Went to Kingston Park B&M store to take back a microwave that had stopped working . The staff I dealt with was very pleasant and polite they changed the microwave with no hassle well done Kingston Park staff .

This was my first visit to a B&M store. I was pleasantly surprised because they have an impressive range of personal care products & homeware such as household cleaners, doormats, crockery, storage boxes under one roof. More importantly, the staff were very helpful and the prices were very pocket friendly.

Excellent store with a wide range of items. The atmosphere was casual, the ambience was relaxed, the staff were professional, the mood was lucid, the feelings were mutual, the point was taken, the tongs were hammered.

I want to mention a member of staff called Lorraine from the Kingston Park store. She was so helpful. I think she was going on her break or finishing work. This was not a problem for her. She turned around with a lovely friendly smile and helped and guided me to what I needed help with. I did thank her. I know breaks are very important, thanks again Lorraine. Makes the shopping a nicer experience and will definitely shop in this store again.Mrs Shona Nicholsonthe manger please thank her .

Just been in to B&M Kingston Park, stand in line for checkout. Cashier waits until I'm at the point of putting my items on belt to inform me she's closed and I will have to move to another till. As she is leaving states, I know its frustrating but I was serving a customer and didn't see you. I'm not a small lady, hard to miss, I have done cashier work, if your closing put a sign up or if you don't have one, keep your blinking head up and pay attention

Today I popped into Kingston park store looking for a holder for the shower. I could not find them and went to see if I could speak to someone. I found this guy sorting out shelves and asked if they sold what I was looking for. From the very start I was impressed with how focused he was to help me.He took me there directly and ensured I found what I was looking for. His excellent customer services was so refreshing, as one seldom sees this level of service today.Turns out he was the deputy manager - thank you so much for your help today - amazing to see a leader doing what he expects from his staff. Doing the walk and the talk!Employee of the month for me!!

B&M stores are still good value for money...BUT Thier prices are creeping up. For example I go there to buy small pots of custard and beans and sausages for my 3 year old grandson. The beans or spaghetti with sausages use to cost in December £1.25 they are now £3. I know price have increased everywhere but this is just too much. It's the same with many, many of their goods. Aldi sell a large tin of beans & sausages which are very nice for 60p B&M store are going to price themselves out of the market they way they are putting their prices up.....
