If I could rate no stars for service and atmosphere, I would! Went lunch time today, 14th August and was met by two arguing 'sandwich artist's' as to what time they'd go on breaks. Totally ignored me whilst continuing to argue, even after I said hello! Ladies, I use that term soooo loosely, argue in your own time, not in mine, and whilst you're at it, get yourselves on a customer service course, the pair of you have ZERO skills for customer facing roles!I got a tuna salad, beautifully presented and tasty, shame about the total lack of service!

Utterly pointless using the app to order ahead when they make you wait in the queue to get your sandwich, which took 10 minutes!So my toasted bun - not so toastie!I even told them, and they made me wait.Then at my turn, gave me my sandwich that had been sitting there the whole time!I arrived spot on pick up the by the waySo, if you want fresh, you might as well just go and order in store!

customer service was absolutly terrible, the two girls that were serving were having their own conversation about god knows what and the atmosphere was terrible will not be coming here again and 10 out of 10 do not recomend, food was nice though.

Absolutely fine as a subway. The parking outside is always busy but that's not subways fault. Staff work very fast and di a good job but the prices are getting to high for a Sarni let's face it.Only one small issue there was a pretend homeless person outside. Again that's not subways fault though.

I come here quite often and always find the place clean and tidy. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Nothing a bother. That's why I come back....however...2 gripes. Twice I've been around 2-2-30 in the afternoon and they've had no grated cheese left, well, they did but it was still in the freezer....not a huge deal but they are open for a good few hours afterwards and the slice cheese is not much to speak of....2nd.....I've seen one or 2 members of staff not change their gloves in between different customers!! Even when they're dipping into chicken, bacon and then salad!! They keep the same gloves on to serve meat and salad and then the next customer!!Surely using the same gloves to handle meat and salad is against company policy?Not to mention the meat contaminating the salad! Vegetarians eat here!!I do come back becauseI like the staff, I just ask them to change their gloves before serving me. I shouldn't have to though surely?

Order ahead never works. Staff are disinterested, which is fine but at least give the impression you semi care
