First time ordering from here the kids ordered what they wanted for delivery staff are very friendly on phone very reasonable prices to and got delivered in reasonable time and delivery driver was lovely and friendly. The food smelled amazing kids opens it up and it tastes as good as it looked fantastic would recommend and deffinatly be ordering again thank you

What a rude owner! I ordered a couple of pizzas over the phone this afternoon. The girl who took my order said it would be the happy hour price of £14. When I went to collect them, I was told they don't have happy hour on Fridays. Despite their mistake, the owner was literally yelling that they don't do happy hour and even told us not to order from their shop again! Totally appalled by this behavior!! There are plenty of local pizza places, so it's not my loss.

It feel like you are going in the back door of a busy kitchen in an industrial estate but my god the cheesy garlic bread was the best and the staff were really great.

When ringing to tell them the order that was delivered was wrong, their reply was, ?there?s nothing we can do about that?.
I mean come on, surely you?d send out a replacement for the wrong order.
Who would order food that you just don?t ever eat/like/want.
My meal went in the bin. Total waste of money.
Therefore I cannot recommend this place.
That is awful customer service so dismissive, though I guess they?ve got the money so therefore do not care about the customers experience. Oh, try spelling Killingworth correctly too!

Tried to order delivery though their website (which I've used before, no issues). Waited almost 30 minutes before receiving an email saying my order was cancelled by the restaurant and i have to wait 3 - 5 days for a refund. Called the business to find out why it was cancelled and they said that there was no order received. If you're using a site that takes money directly, make sure it works so you receive orders correctly.Shame as I have ordered from them regularly in the past. Won't be bothering again.

Disgusting food.Ordered the kofteh kebab expecting the "Hand made Turkish meatball" what was delivered was mechanically recovered meat shaped into something that resembled a McRib.It was bone dry, and had no taste. No disrespect to Farmfoods but it was the kind of thing you would find there for £1 a bag.Was given a refund and a groveling apology.I'd never order from this place again.

Called in for pizza wedges and a portion of kebab absolutely fantastic blow the socks clean off is definitely recommended won't go any where else.

A very "no frills" type of place. First time coming here and had the house kebab. Absolutely amazing kebab as you have Donna, chicken kebab, kofta and big slices of what looks like lamb chops on top of an authentic thin pitta bread. Great for sharing! They also included a free cheesy garlic bread which was SO good! Definitely will go backMarked down for service and atmosphere as I said it's just a "no frills" place, nothing wrong with the people serving me or the interior. If you want some banter or quirky deco, then it's not the place for you.

Food delivered 45mins early, mu daughter was in to take the food. However nobody was there for it. I had people coming round. Stone cold food, piss poor. .
