Only 1 person on tills on a Friday dinnertime que is out of the door staff are wandering around doing nothing a gentlemen asked if they could open another counter and got told no staff are helping customers, the only people in the bank are in the queue to use a counter absolutely terrible service

Waiting outside in the queue is a bit if a pain, but that is the new norm. However, once you are in the staff are very friendly and helpful. They don't try to 'rush you out', which is probably a pain for the customer who is behind you, but I am sure the staff will have the same attitude with them.

After putting my cash in the machine it was 30 pounds short. The cashier was standing with me says the machine was correct and I was wrong. Very unhelpful staff. I had to phone head office to get my money ? refunded.
