ALWAYS great service, sometimes thus branch can be extremely busy but you can see the Staff are non stop and trying their best.
I have been with several Banks and this is definately One of The Best.

Terrible customer service at this branch. They are hellbent in customers using the self-serve machines and not to be served at the counter.
I can?t understand why they don?t just open an extra counter Instead of having a member of staff on the floor pushing people to use the machines.

Had a problem, went to the jarrow branch at first ,there were hopeless won't b going back there ,so ended up at shields branch ,sorted no problem

I went in with low expectations so I can't even say I was disappointed. More rubbish service by TSB. One bank clerk on who couldn't even be bothered to talk into mic. There was an elderly gentleman sitting and waiting to be served and he advised another customer he had been waiting ages and he was looking to open an account (poor man). I'm pleased my TSB account will be ceased on the 4th march and I'll be banking with nationwide. Terrible shame TSB is the only bank in Jarrow.

Never feel welcome in this bank. Soon as you walk into this bank you are greeted by a member of staff who literally does not wants you in the bank. With this approach eventually they will be out of job. It?s like they want no one to step foot in this bank and for customers to only use mobile banking. Terrible customer service.

Only 1 person on tills on a Friday dinnertime que is out of the door staff are wandering around doing nothing a gentlemen asked if they could open another counter and got told no staff are helping customers, the only people in the bank are in the queue to use a counter absolutely terrible service
