Would never go anywhere else for my currency, staff are always lovely, speedy transaction, great rates and they order in currency and it?s there in a few days for more exotic holidays. 5 star service.

Went there to sell a broken 9kt gold chain.it weighed13grams,they offered me £108 .
I refused and went to a gold buyer in Newcastle city center where I was offered £260 for the same item.
I personally would never trust this outlet,as it looks like they offer only 40% of the true value of the item.
Praying on the vulnerable or people unfortunate to fall on hard times.

It?s excellent staff. Colin works for the Viking Centre. He went out of his way in his own time to return our grandsons lost driving licence which had been found in the shopping centre. Thank you Colin an employee to be proud of.

I was in the shop today I walked around couple of times looking for an item I couldn't find no staff on the floor to ask I eventually found the item I went to the till with my purchases I now understand why there were no staff on the shop floor as they were talking at the till I was looked at on 3 separate occasions then I was asked did I want served I said yes as am standing with garments in my hand she said you could have been waiting for someone really ??
customer service goes along way no apology just excuses as too why I was left waiting
