You can walk into this shop and find it completley empty of staff and the door to their storer oom wide open evenyually somone walks out says nothing to you goes behind the counter and with reluctance serves you, This shop has a Post Office counter but again this is I again presume staffed by people not trained in Post Office matters. The best way to get a great Post Office service and I now do this, is to jump onto the Metro to Haymarket and use M&Ms Newsagents Post Office at the rear of the shop at least this way you will get served proffesionally and know that it will be open well worth the round trip even if I am 100 yards from Morrisons Edinburgh Road its quicker?

Prices are never correct, staff are miserable, unhelpful and unfriendly. Julie in particular has no customer service skills or professionalism whatsoever. It's a shame.

Totally pointless having a Post Office in this branch - they close when they feel like it even though they?re supposed to be open until 8pm, so if you make the effort to travel there it?s always pot luck as to whether you?ll actually ever get to post anything.

Called at 14:35 to use the post office (advertised as open until 22:00)to find store closed at 14:30 daily. Despite a sign advertising open until 22:00. It is a NEWSAGENT. It sells papers, both morning and EVENING editions. Why has it reduced opening times by 7 hours.

Rude and unhelpful staff. Called in at 9.30am on Saturday and an abrupt lady told me they were going to shut the post office as the lad hadnt had a break yet. I was the only person left in the shop and was going to buy things but, nkt with that customer service. The last time i went in was mid week as 7.45pm and was met with the same attitude. Premier nearby is better priced, better customer service!People lwill pay more for items but, not with rude staff!

This shop is an absolute disgrace. There are members of staff that need retraining and to learn some manners. There is also certain staff that think they are above everybody else. I have heard some staff calling other members of staff especially on a friday night these two seem to think thdy are just there to talk about other staff. I have often gone in there and the little one with ghe long hair is exceptionly rude and nasty.
