Absolutely shocking customer service in this store...2 members of staff more concerned with online orders .. 6 people in queue to be served,lady comes in to post office counter and is served immediately before those waiting!!! Was bad enough when McColls store but terrible now under the Morrisons brand

Morrison's daily is always a good shop to shop at staff always polite and friendly.

It's ok if you're desperate for milk or a loaf or whatever plan your time carefully there will invariably be queues , staff are pleasant tho quite expensive but you do pay for that convenience.
