Very friendly stuff. A few people are complaining here that they couldn’t collect parcels earlier. Well, the shop has to follow rules according to an agreement with the courier and there is nothing wrong about it.

I begrudge this guy the one star I had to put. He was the very epitome of arrogance.I arrived to collect a parcel and because I was fifteen minutes early he refused to serve me until the stated time.
