Very poor customer service ordered table service sat down to be scream at by lady here hello and followed by telling me there is no fizzy drinks at all as no ice then told all drink will be warm after order and payed i choose new drinks for me and kids sat down to be shouted up come get ya drinks when ordered to table service as lady say she done over 10000 step and come in on day off crazy meal wasn't the best burger king I've ate pretty poor think all down to staffing and staff attitudes give this a miss a wide birth go mc Donald's next door this is total discrase ask if Franchise or ran by burger king come on area manager sort this place out

Absolutely useless, terrible experience.
I ordered 2 bacon double cheeseburgers, and asked for them plain, as I didn't want any salad. Got home and they didn't even have the cheese or bacon on them, please teach your staff some common sense.
As you can imagine, the burgers alone were disgusting, which ment the whole trip and expense was a massive waste.

The staff were very polite with great service especially the young women working there. However, the heat in there is sometimes unbearable and feel sorry for the staff that have to work in that heat and it effects customer experience

On Tuesday afternoon i was scrolling through uber eats and came across Gourmet King, everything looked amazing and chose a wide range of foods to try. Spent over £35, i placed my order to discover that Gourmet King on uber eats was Burger King... i quickly tried to cancel my order but i would be charged £29... i find this absolutely disgusting, not only for a company to pretend to be something they are not, burger king is 100% no where near gourmet.... but to deceive customers into thinking they were ordering from a Gourmet Burger joint and not allowing a cancellation.... Burger King are that crap they are disguising themselves (which now after the order and they stole my money, they have plastered the uber site with burger king logos and now states Gourmet King by Burger King) i wish i had screen snaps before they updated the uber eats site, as they had nothing regarding burger king, until i received an email after placing the order saying Gourmet King by Burger King.... which by this time, money was stolen and unable to cancel and to only offer £7 refund.... an absolute joke... and Uber Eats never sent me a review regarding this order that went straight into the bin.... as Burger King food is revolting!!!!!!
I just think it is disgusting what a francise will do to trick customers into purchasing from them.....

No wonder the mcdonald's next door is always soo much busier. They empty all the time but still manage to take absolutely ages and still get orders wrong ??? How, when you literally have 1 order ??? Sent email to complain, replied 1 month later hadn't even read my message. I honestly don't know how they haven't closed down and gone out of business.
