great selection of clothing, plenty of parking spaces and the staff are very helpful, my partners jacket did not fit her that i got for as a present for Christmas. i lost the receipt and the lady on the counter was very helpful and just told me to switch it round with another jacket.

Poor overall customer experience. It's so painful to see when you want to keep business British. I have now requested a refund for a jacket that is falling to pieces. Their office customer service centre are fully aware. Now awaiting their response via email.

very miserable staff it was my first time shopping there and I thought they would be realy friendly being a local company very happy with my purchase but I spent nearly £500 pounds and the staff weren't very happy or friendly

Great products on the cheap from a great brand. Not crazy cheap but there?s good discounts. Unfortunately the staff were pretty unhelpful, quite rude and ultimately tarnished the experience. Not what you want after a long drive to visit the place. Shame
