My parents are in the process of moving home after 23 years in their current property. The idea of moving seemed very complicated and stressful for them but Your Move staff at the Houghton branch have been amazing. David came out to do an evaluation and explained the process clearly for them to understand and he answered their many questions. Rachel, the branch manager, has also gone above and beyond to make this difficult process as easy as possible for them. She has again answered their many queries, shown them round homes at their own pace, explaining everything they wanted/needed to know and been on the end of the phone for them throughout. I really feel my parents are in good hands and cant praise or recommend the Your Move Houghton team enough !!

We have just completed the purchase of our first home and cannot recommend the team from the YourMove Houghton Office anymore! They have been excellent from start to finish. From our first viewing with Rachael, to our additional viewings with Leighane and updates throughout from June, the whole team have been second to none! So friendly and helpful especially since it was our first time purchasing a property. We would highly recommend! Thanks again to the amazing team!

Honestly couldn't fault the service me and my partner received especially after our not so good experience with our previous landlord. I'm a vulnerable adult and it has really helped ease my anxiety and stress levels receiving a friendly, efficient and professional service. The welcome gift box after getting our keys was also a lovely surprise and added touch!

I just rented a 1 bedroom house and had the pleasure to work with Leighanne in Houghton-le-Spring. Although the time was very limited she managed to do the paperwork on time considering that everything happened during Christmas and New Years Eve holidays. She was amazing and answered every call, email and question I had. Also Rachel helped me too when Leighanne was unavailable

Houghton officeDavid arrived to value my dad?s home to either rent or sell. His advice was invaluable and we decide upon the rental market. Leading us to Rachel, Rachael and Leighanne. These ladies are so professional and knowledgeable. The house was rented out quickly. These ladies have taken away the stress for me and I feel confident in their abilities to see through all the paperwork and calls needed. I recently bought a property through Your Move Houghton and the whole team were fantastic throughout the process. Rachael and Leighanne were great during the viewing/offer stages, and June was extremely helpful during the buying process. Everyone I dealt with made sure to respond to my questions quickly and kept me up to date wherever possible.
