I had went to the post office on a Saturday after checking the website which stated that it didn't close until 10pm, however after getting there for business purposes with my 21 month old I was told that it closes at half 12 on a Saturday. Due to their website being wrong and/or outdated I could take this further and get them into serious trouble for this.

Older male staff member is a nightmare, my wife tried to send a parcel, she was told needed a box, purchased one in the shop and then asked to rejoin queue, got to front, same staff member then asked her to put the box together it wasn't his job, had to leave counter and rejoin queue, waited 20 minutes, got to the front and same staff member said ? sorry I do not take that parcel, you need the other one other side of shop?, no wonder the staff only receive one star, that's been gracious. All need retraining in customer service and start by getting rid of him.

Post Office staff appalling. Impolite and miserable. Make you feel like it's an imposition giving them your custom.
