Always had the highest regard for this practice but not anymore, there doesn?t seem to be any doctors on duty anymore, I was stuck with a ?nurse practitioner? who didn?t seem to have much idea and panicked when my arthritic pains were mentioned.

So yet another review from me whereby I was given a very rude lecture when I dared to explain why my medication had ran out because I could not get an appointment for over 2 weeks meaning I had to accept medication from a friend !! Apparently! You can always get an appointment at kepier medical practice ( utter joke) and if you can't according to the Dr I saw today ( not by choice) and was horrified when I booked myself in to see her name come up on the screen! So basically according to her to many people ring in wasting their time making appointments for colds and coughs!.I thought this highly unprofessional for this to be brought up in my own appointment and to basically be called liar! Even though I took my complaint to the NHS commission who were helpful and left my case open for future issues which of course now I will be contating them again.I'm really not surprised in the slightest this Dr surgery has such and appallingly low rating.

I have received nothing but excellent service and care from the gp's and receptionists at this surgery. Although the appointments can be difficult to arrange, I have found exactly the same problem at other surgeries. Would highly recommend this practice and its GPs to anybody.

Keeper practice are not very understanding about people as they diagnose people without there records and make them look small but when tecors arrive and they are wrong they deny it all and there lots out there no it that's why they put complaints in

I find doctors dont listen to what you have to say one very obnoxious Gp . I put a complant in regarden a Gp nothing one done about this matter. So taken my compliant to the nhs ombudsmen. The appointment system there have is appalling as you have to phone at 8.30 for appointment and most of the time cant get through and when you do ive been told that i will have to wait 2 weeks to see a doctor. One big joke. Very badly run . To sum it up its the worsted practice i have ever come across and wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone.avoid at all cost

Same day appts or 2 weeks notice. Opens at 830 engaged and keep trying to call, once through then no appointments available. This is not a one off its regular.
