Got a parcel delivered here from dpd as it?s a collection point. The guy at the payment area asked for ID and so I showed him a QR code given by dpd to identify that it is my parcel. After rambling on for a few minutes about how he doesn?t know what to do he repeatedly asked for ID in the form of a debit card. Firstly, a debit card is no form of ID. Secondly, I had already showed him everything necessary to retrieve my parcel. Thirdly, I am sixteen with no form of official ID like a drivers license etc. After a few more moments of rambling he caved and gave me my parcel frustratedly. Poor Experience. Didn?t help that the parcel was squashed due it being crammed in a small corner.
