It's always how a company resolved a problem that counts. An issue with my second currency card was resolved quickly and with a smile. Although I didn't book my flight with them, they were willing to check and clarify the airlines medication policy for me.

We booked our all inclusive first family holiday abroad with Hays, had to put back due to covid.
The day finally arrives, we travel to Manchester and get a call 30 mins before we arrive at the airport to advise us that the hotel we booked is closed due to unforeseen circumstances, we were then given other options - none of which were the hotel star ratings or aqua parks in which we had booked.
We then proceed to spend 6 hours in the airport arguing with Hays as they could not sort out suitable accommodation.
We have been lied to, the hotel was closed then it was not good enough.
Considering we paid over 4K for this holiday to Egypt, they did not sort something until we were walking through the gates to board the flight.
We are sat currently in a dump of a 3 star hotel. This hotel does not even deserve 3 stars, dirty room, dirty pools, terribly smelly restaurant- the list goes on.
My son is diabetic and we haven?t even ate yet! No decent food to eat. We are worried we will get food poisoning.
We are to be transferred to another hotel tomorrow but not even sure which one this is - probably another awful hotel.
Thank you so much for ruining our family holiday - the stress/anxiety you have caused to us all is unimaginable.
Rest assured, we will be coming in to make a massive complaint and will be expecting a refund for this sh*t show you have caused.
I will never use Hays again and I will make sure none of my friends or family do either.
Disgusting.

I absolutely do not recommend it. They informed me of the extra cost of the tour which I had to cover after paying 100% of the tour money. The office did not book or pay for a hotel room so for 4 days in Bellagio I had to pay over $ 1000 out of my own pocket. I do not recommend

Nothing was as presented to us, starting with the lack of transport for which it was already paid, ending with NO hotel. The cost of our trip increased drastically. We had to take care of the transport from the airport ourselves, as did the hotel. It was paid, but in order to have a roof over our head, we had to pay again. I honestly DON'T RECOMMEND !!
