Normally people say receptionists are unhelpful. Suzanne went above and beyond when I called the surgery. If the surgery does an employee of the month/week then Suzanne gets my vote. Alot of people could take a leaf out of her book. She definitely makes the surgery a better place.

I was diagnosed as having a frozen shoulder. I had to wait a couple of months for a cortisone injection, which the surgery were able to administer for me. The waiting time was less than waiting to be treated at a hospital and much more convenient. I am now able to move my arm again. Thank you.

Waiting times are totally unacceptable. Waiting for over an hour with a 10mth old. Why make appointments especially for children if running over an hour behind?This isn't isolated incident either its every appointment for a doctor. Only time been seen on time in last 2 year is when my son had appointment with a nurse
