Went in a Good Friday. All members of staff were watching me struggle with tray of food and drinks. Didn?t care to help. The guy who works there but wasn?t at work was reading out the Google reviews about the place! It was entertainment! 4 of them think it was amusing. Seriously save your breath they are all morons especially him. Don?t think Costa care tho????lol

The staff are always friendly and welcoming and the service quick.Vegetarian options: There were a decent amount of options in breakfast type sandwiches, paninis, sandwiches and cakes.

I love Costa coffee anywhere but the staff in this branch are simply lovely! I don't like the long 'corridor like' cafe area but that is what the unit is like.

The rudest staff I?ve ever seen on costa coffee?s. The guy called Nathan was very angry on me that I was busy on my phone and not answering him where is I was waiting for 5 minutes there and no one was serving me and I just was waiting to be served. Then he turned up and said do you want to be served or you want to leave?? I was like what? Why? I mean??? Absolutely disappointing.

I?m an old customer of this Costa as I live locally, I?ve been there this morning and the guy called Nathen made my day bad with his rude attitude. I don?t know what was wrong with him but I?ve been waiting to be served 5 minutes and no one was there, then I realised that he serves the person behind me when I asked I was before her and he start to attack me in front of that crowed there that saying I asked you and you were busy with your phone! I really feel embraced but honestly I just didn?t hear me if he really called me which is I don?t think wasn?t clear enough with that much of noise there and peoples talking voices. Any way, he made my day bad and I?m not going to recommend that Costa to any other one and I?m not going to go there to not see him there.

This Costa is definitely one of my favourites. The only issue is the doors they need to be self closing! Save me getting up to close them after people all the time. Its like a wind tunnel when they're left open!
