ordered a replacement supposedly fully tested ps3 bd drive mechanism, arrived faulty. HAD TO INVOLVE PAYPAL TO GET REFUND AS NOBODY RESPONDED TO MY QUERIES ABOUT NOT WORKING DRIVE.
worst thing is that i had to return item at my own cost to get a refund, which means i had to pay my own £3.00 to get to where i started, but 1.5 weeks behind and couple of hours wasted.
0 acknowledgement, no communication.
bought a different drive from elsewhere and it works perfectly.

I'm a novice, a complete novice, in fact I'm flattering myself to state I'm a novice. The part arrived the day after it was dispatched and was exactly as described. Alongside the part were links to installation instructions which were a great help. I had occasion to phone ConsoleParts4U on two occasions, once for ordering the wrong part (please refer to my earlier 'novice' comment) and secondly for guidance on installation. On both occasions the support I received was friendly, encouraging and a breath of fresh air from what you get from a lot of companies nowadays.I would highly recommend ConsoleParts4U to anyone wishing to have a go at console repair.

Iphone 7 plus screen white,The only good thing about my order was how quick I reecived the item,after that everything was a shambles,found out that they is a scratch inside the screen it's self and nothing to do with my self as the screen was brand new,after emailing about that he said nothing can be done and tried blaming me for the problem,if I was everybody else I would stay away from this place especially for iphone screen
