I placed an order today via Uber eats and driver Pedro arrived. I took the bag and noticed it wasn?t the items I ordered. The receipt on the front was correct however the shopping was clearly incorrect. Driver told me he would go back and then marked the system as he could not deliver. I rang the driver who said he wasn?t coming back as he would not be paid. I drove to the shop and could see my bag on the top and it actually had my name wrote on it. The first assistant I spoke too knew exactly what had happened and called for her manager. They already knew there was a mistake and obviously expecting me. Manager came out and said they won?t give me the shopping despite the bag having my name handwritten on as they put the receipt on the wrong bag, me having my receipt and my id. Will never use this service again!

20.09.24 - around 15:30pm When incident happened
Very dispointed with this stupid store! I only had £25 to get some food to tie me and my kids over until I get paid next week and after finally getting all the food I'm at the till ready to pay....But instead of the staff member telling me we can't do card payments right now as we've been haveing issues with it all day. No he says after I've already made the card transaction that we've had issue with card payments all day.... So instead of going home with food to tie me and my kids over we now surviving of tin food INSTEAD! Waiting for the pending transaction to bounce back witch may take up to Monday Tuesday so now stressed out with very limited food. An't even got any bread now ffs until the transaction bounces back I can't do nothing all because Co op completely failed to put in Place no card payments till the issue is resolved! Atleast I could of gone to another store to get food so I had food but now I'm left buggered all thanks TO Co op! How very inconvient for single parents trying to get by as it is!!! The staff member didn't even appoligise just looked at me as if I was the idiot!

Always order from here with Uber Eats. There has been a couple of times something has been missing but mostly they seem pretty reliable. Nearly always have what you want in stock hardly substitute. Ordered some baby food today and although they don?t have a great selection their prices have definitely been better than anywhere else

Most disappointed visited yesterday and went to the till with my shopping therexwas a male assistant behind the till but he continued to clean tobacco display and ignored my husband and I after somd time we left our shopping and left the store

Don?t stick to their opening times, locking the doors 10 minutes early on a night leaving you with a screaming baby all night.Even leave the shutter up and lights on just to give you a glimmer of hope. Po-op.
