I made the mistake of offering to pick up and assemble the Parisot Bibop 2 Acacia Bunk Bed - an incredible car full and an interesting challenge to assemble. However, while assembling the unit, I realised what excellent quality it is, everything fitted very well together, all the parts were there, every single one, and the finished job is excellent. It is two full size adult beds and can certainly be used by my grandchildren for many years to come. An excellent high quality product, with a recommendation that you get it delivered and an expert to erect it.

Cant fault this company so happy with the beds their absoloutley perfect and such good quality delivery was super fast and kept me updated all through out. Will definitely use this company again. I seen the bad reveiws after i placed my order so i was bit anxious but so glad i didnt see them before i ordered as the beds are great and great service thankyou

This company will try to dodge their obligations under consumer rights act 2015. They use budget couriers who did not adhere to stated delivery times, and items arriving damaged. We were not prepared to wait over 3 weeks for replacement parts, so requested a refund. They told us we were not entitled to a refund, clearly trying to mislead the consumer as you are entitled to a refund under the CRA 2015. Now They have possession of the returned goods, 3 weeks later our money still has not been refunded. Despite repeated promises from Gillian, the company fails to meet its obligations to consumers. Essentially they will try to put as many blocks in place to delay, or deter the consumer from seeking refunds. This really is a shoddy way of conducting business. Be warned, you?re gambling with this company and their contract to you - gambling on getting the goods on time, as described, fit for purpose. You?re guaranteed an awful experience if anything goes wrong. We will now be seeking the refund via our bank, reporting the company to the ombudsman, and starting a small claims case for compensation.

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. This company's customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered a midsleeper extension kit (1-5 day delivery time on website) on the 29th Aug and I recieved notification that it would be delivered via DPD on Friday 3rd September. Was told that delivery was refused due to box being open and parts falling out, although no delivery was actually attempted.I was then told that they would arrange for another courier to deliver it and that they would collect the goods on Monday and would request fast delivery. The goods were not collected by the courier on Monday. Eventually the goods were passed to the courier on Tuesday afternoon and I was assured that XPD would deliver ASAP (having asked for next day delivery due to the delay).As I type the extension kit is still sat at XPDs delivery depot. No idea when my paid for goods will arrive.

Needed to rearrange delivery and it cost over £50 to do this a shocking company. Will not be ordering my other daughters bed from here as well, they have missed out on a sale.

Be aware of the returns policy, the customer has to return the goods at their own cost and this is just not practical when you want to return heavy items. We ordered two mattresses and were not happy with the quality and wanted to return an unopened one but were told we had to arrange this. Not happy with this.

We bought a lovely double decker bus bed a couple of years ago and the product is amazing (and so has been our overall experience). Our kids and their friends love playing make-believe games in it during the day and sleep well in the bed at night. I?ve recently contacted Children?s Bed Shop because our son is old enough to start using the top bunk and we?d lost the screws required to secure the ladder. Julie from Customer Service was a real star - not only did she organise for the parts to be delivered to us but she also gave me a call to confirm they were arriving. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

This is by far the worst company I have ever had the 'pleasure' of dealing with.Bought a bed from here for my daughter. Unfortunately it's of a very poor quality with many manufacturing defects and design faults.'Childrens Bed Shop' do not manufacture or stock any items. They will simply take your money, and place an order with a third party supplier. In my case, it was a cheaply made import supplied by 'Julian Bowen Limited'.Childrens Bed Shop completely ignored my complaint regarding the item of furniture. They also refused to respond to the bank when asked why my complaint had not been addressed.I paid an additional £150 for an independent furniture assessor to inspect the furniture, who agreed with all of my findings. I was able to reclaim the full cost of the furniture under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act (unfortunately the money came from the bank, so these criminals haven't lost out).Please, do yourselves a favour, and stay well away. You have been warned!

We really like the midsleeper we got for our daughter, really pleased with it ordered the memphis in a gorgeous soft grey and the pink tent to go under. ordered before we moved house and didn?t put together til the new house luckily all good. delivery prompt and everything in good condition.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. It took one month to obtain the items that were supposed to be on a 7-day delivery. Multiple failed delivery promises. In the end, I had to pay my own courier to collect and deliver. Zero contact from the company until I threatened them with a chargeback. Once they have your money, they have no interest in you. If there was an option for a zero-star review, that would be too much. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

Ok so I posted a review last week about my missing mid sleeper bed turns out it was sent out for delivery and the delivery company ?lost it? but managed to contact the bed company and they have sent a replacement which should hopefully be here on Monday as I requested their own delivery company not XDP delivery company the delivery company is the real problem with these orders PLEASE CHANGE YOUR DELIVERY COMPANY

It has been a month since I receive bunk bed for my kids without bolts screws and manual i call them to find out it was a manufacturer fault so after 8 days missing parts arrived I've started to put bed together just to find out that one of the boxes I got with first delivery was from different bed ....it has been 2 weeks and I'm still waiting for right parts.Absoulute disgrace!!!!

Great price and delivered as promised. We did have a fixing missing but this can happen with any supplier and down to the manufacturer. After reading the reviews here I thought we were going to have issues getting hold of the missing fixing. I need not of worried, I emailed and had a response in just over 24 hours from Rowena, the part was with us two days later. Steens bed good quality and sturdy. Would have no concerns ordering from this company again. Don't let the negative reviews put you off.
