This morning I called for an appointment for my son Aged 10 and after e-consult I got a call from Dr Singh and asked to bring my son to the surgery. Dr Singh was so kind and understanding and knew so well how to deal with a young boy with a private health issue and reassured him and myself. Thank you for your kindness.... read full comment

Where on earth do I start. My son is 14 years old. Moved to hebburn 2 years ago left a fantastic doctors to come to this absolute shocking surgery. Called doctors on 9 separate occasions over the course of a year and a half, my son never ever set foot in the place as can never ever get an appointment, that bad one time... read full comment
