Went in this morning with my husband for a subway melt, which she didn?t know what it was, I had to go on the subway website to tell her what was in one, then argued that you don?t get salad in a subway melt baring in mind what I showed her clearly stated choice of vegetables and sauce, so she had to remake it after I argued again, when my husband asked for a Philly cheese stake she just put in stake and cheese and when I pointed out what the board said what was in it she tried to argue again and proceeded to go off in a huff because she didn?t want to follow her own menu. I wouldn?t recommend going to subway in hebburn ever again, the one at the garage in Jarrow does a hell of a better job then these do

Ordered on just eat, half of the order was missing, rang the shop to explain within 5 minutes the missing items were personally delivered with a free 2l bottle of pop to apologize.

I visit everyweek for a couple of sub meal deals just been today the shop was empty they were busy making subs for delivery when I got served I ordered a 6inch sub for my daughter and the girl was busy making a steak footlong sub for delivery I watched her push the meat down with her fingers then when it came out of the oven she pressed meat down again and made my daughters sub without changing her gloves so I decided not to get my tuna sub as I'm vegetarian and only eat seafood and didn't want it contaminated with meaty fingers I won't be getting anymore subs for me again .

Usually fine, use regularly. Today service was a bit slow and had to eat sandwiches with a knife and fork as way too much marinara sauce. Still tasted good though.
