Always wait an age for your prescription regardless of how long it's been on order. Staff always blunt/rude. Have changed chemist now after realising I actually dreaded having to pick anything up from them

Nice polite staff and friendly people. Follow up phone calls if newly prescribed pills by your GP or hospital. Excellent all round service
