First time called the Receptionist was rude, abrupt and unprofessional. Called back to sort my issue and I got through to Sam who was fantastic and sorted my problem immediately.

I have recently Tried to contact the surgery to make an appointment regarding my health & they Couldnt even be bothered to answer the phone i feel this one * service would be an complete over rate !
