The branch is ran on very unfair manners. The manager keeps the fav staff in the care homes dept where they do nothing for half the day whilst the other staff members are placed under constant pressure of handling and count:1.delivery handling from a to z including placing it on shelve2.dispensing and labelling3. handling customers non stop through out the dayhaving worked there, the regional area manager is the most improfessional person to handle any store related issues!The company communication is sub-standard all the time.The staff are not bothered and always under paid and not happy with their workload and the unfair treatment withinDo your area a favour and go support a local pharmacy, this company isn't bad but the management in the North East of England is not only sub-standard! its miserable at best!!!

Wells Pharmacist help me sp much when I was travelling up and down the country helping. Y mother and now my father as they were and very poorly. They were professional and polite and extremely helpful xx

The worst pharmacy ever, it took over 3 weeks to complete my prescription and going back to the shop 4 times, nobody ever answers the phone why? Eventually I got in touch with customer care which did help, the pharmacist was on the phone next day to try and help

Being the only pharmacy left in low fell for the while of ther efesidence and. More.....the staff are surprisingly lovely...you can see they all try there best and yes there are some set backs but all staff are lovely.pleasant and try and at least explain or apologise for delays.We clapped for NHS during covid let's not forget the demand is still there...iust less restrictions.....amd further demands.....please BE KIND

They dont care.They frequently not have enough medication/on time, and just keep telling you come back tomorrow.They waste your time, they tell you to go back then dont have the meds.Meds are needed for a reason, and its not OK to run out of them halfway through like with steroids and pain killers.They clearly dont care, and not well managed. Best avoided.

Something wrong with this pharmacy. How hard is it to deliver a prescription. Either gets ?left on van? or sent to wrong address. If you go in they are horrible. They make out like it?s your fault too.
