I have always had excellent service from Richard and the Team at Well on Beaconsfield Road, and continue to do so.
Mindful that it is currently the only Pharmacy operating on Low Fell they must be under a lot of pressure to deliver and in my opinion they continue to do an admirable job in the circumstances.

Rang asking on whereabouts of prescription that had been in a week. Will be delivered Tuesday apparently as ?didn?t fit on van?. Will have to collect. Went to collect. It?s not ready and you are not down for delivery. Finally said they are revised delivery and taken us off. Not communicated at all and simply lied on the phone. Always an issue and it?s never their fault apparently.

Poor communication tell you prescription is ready but when you go to pick up its not ready. This has happened a few times.

The branch is ran on very unfair manners. The manager keeps the fav staff in the care homes dept where they do nothing for half the day whilst the other staff members are placed under constant pressure of handling and count:1.delivery handling from a to z including placing it on shelve2.dispensing and labelling3. handling customers non stop through out the dayhaving worked there, the regional area manager is the most improfessional person to handle any store related issues!The company communication is sub-standard all the time.The staff are not bothered and always under paid and not happy with their workload and the unfair treatment withinDo your area a favour and go support a local pharmacy, this company isn't bad but the management in the North East of England is not only sub-standard! its miserable at best!!!
