Just travelled 30 mins to pick some chemical metal up and got denied it at counter because i did not look over 18 even know i am 25 years old have a fully grown beard in my work clothes and when i showed her proof of my passport over my phone she said this wasn't valid what a waste of time

Called in at closing time, not realising it shut at 7. Gentlemen served me and processed my return without complaint, even though he should have rightly been getting ready to go home. Great service.

This place has absolutely no right to be as good as it is. The two staff who were on shift when I arrived were helpful, knowledgeable, and funny as hell. They gave great advice regarding which products and tools I'd need for the repair work I needed to attempt, and turned what would've been a stressful DIY nightmare into a generally pretty fun project. They also stock pretty much damn near everything.

Unhelpful staff member wasting my time. My online basket disappeared, no signal inside the shop to search again. Wouldn't assist me with finding the right parts on his computer. Had to go back outside to search the parts and rebuild the basket. Clearly had something more important to do in an empty shop. He was till doing nothing the second time I went in.
