Yesterday Terry sorted out a new mobile phone for me , he was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful, service was great, I left the store with exactly what I went in for.

Actually can't recommend enough, been a bit of a nightmare customer if I'm honest ? been back and forward all week into store and dealt with multiple staff members over my few days in store!
Everyone was very friendly and helpful even when I wasn't making complete sense.
We dealt with Terry mainly and he went above and beyond for us, even came off his dinner to see to us and could actually have a chat with him.
Overall a very pleasant and friendly experience and I would 100% recommend!

I visited a local mobile store at three mobile to inquire about my account. The young lady who assisted me was exceptionally helpful, and I left feeling very satisfied with the service I received, even though I unfortunately did not catch her name.

We went into three 4 weeks ago to renew a sim only deal. We was told it would be £11 when we come back in 4 weeks to renew.
We went back into the three shop at the Metrocentre today. They told us the information we was told prior to this was incorrect. We was told we could not do this, and had to buy a new phone, change number and could not just simply renew the sim. We spoke to the manager who also said this was the case and that they do not do this anymore. We knew this information was incorrect so we went to EE.
When speaking to staff there they told us the information they told us in three was illegal, and we were fully able to update our current plan. We rang three on the phone and they was unable to sort this for us.
I am absolutely disgusted to know that the staff in the shop were unable to provide us with truthful information, and trying to get us to buy a complete new sim/phone.
We have been with three for 15 years and was disgusted with this. We are just so glad for the lovely woman in EE for helping us, and the helpful gentleman on three phone.

Really upset by the interaction I had today at the three store in the metro centre. I came in the store to assist my elderly father with an issue with the contract he has with three and has had for over 7+ years.
We were served my manager Anthony who seemed very annoyed with us and the questions we were asking and generally with our whole conversation. He was unfriendly, spoke with a condescending tone and was obviously frustrated by his use of language and tone with myself and my dad.
I left the shop feeling really upset and my elderly father quite shook by the whole ordeal. This is such a shame since being a long term

Visited 3 at the Metro Centre a couple of weeks ago for a possible upgrade. Was served by Terry who was extremely helpful & knowledgeable. Excellent customer service, would definitely recommend.

Terry switch my 5 mobiles over onto a business account, he guided me through everything and kept me updated throughout until my numbers were ported over. I would definitely recommend anyone requiring a business account to see him first!

Would definitely not recommend going here staff are rude and don?t care saying they couldn?t help with paying a phone off but went to another location and they were so helpful and understanding so clearly staff couldn?t be bothered to help

Visited Three Metro centre on 23rd October. I was approached by Tommy. Spoke to him about what services I was looking for- Broadband and he brought up the best deals for my area straight away. Talked me through all of the details, speeds, what my router was and how it worked. Explained it could take a few hours to set up fully, told me where to find all the info on the router and in the booklet as well as to contact or pop back if I had any issues. Let me know of any cooling off periods and where to position my router to find the best possible connections. Overall great experience and would shop with 3 again just based off this interaction and service alone.

I visited about a month ago for an upgrade or maybe a new phone and was served by Terry who was very friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and helped me to get new business contracts for my business. I got 2 business WiFi and 4 new SIM cards plus a new tablet.
The deal was reasonably priced and he was so keen on sorting out everything before leaving the store. I requested keeping my existing numbers and Terry sorted it out on the spot.
One of my numbers did not switch so I called the three mobile store and spoke to Terry and he resolved this issue quickly.
Brilliant service and customer service from Terry.
Deal= 5star.

Worst service I've ever had so far. The woman with reddish hair was very unfriendly and didn't want to help us after a bug in the system drained our credit. We are now switching to Vodafone.
