Shocking experience at the cafe @ the range sat down with 2 small kids browsed the menu got to the front of the que to be told we arnt doing kids food. Now with 2 screaming kids one just 9 months old the drinks and snacks put back and took our money elsewhere plus toilets stink too

Really good , prices are slightly higher than other places , but still in most cases reasonable, garden center is nice ,
Furniture quality is not a thing that you would be happy to invest in , okaish for emergencies or few months of use

Good selection of products at competitive prices. However ?
This Range location has poor service. Staff are indifferent and combative when approached. Queue for the checkout was long (12 customers) with only one till open at 7pm on a Tuesday night. Meanwhile staff elsewhere in the store doing nothing.
Returns policy is a short 14 days for change of mind where other retailers are 28 days (Dunelm, John Lewis, Amazon), 90 days (B&Q), IKEA (1 year). Best view in shop, and buy either online or elsewhere for peace of mind.

Cafe is super reasonably priced for what is on offer, but on a hot day the temperature inside is stifling. Poor kitchen staff in particular were struggling, let alone customers.

Don't use the cafe there, service is terrible, especially from the little old lady who can't crack a smile. The food is disgusting too.
