First time having a Sunday roast in the UK. Theirs was delicious and well priced. Great gravy. I ordered the vegetarian option and I found it had more flavour and texture than my partner's beef option. Highly recommend. The mint sauce on the side was also full of flavor.

Best bar in Gateshead by a country mile! Fantastic home cooked food, great live bands and a everyone is welcome atmosphere. You can see the love the owners have for the place and it definitely pays off.

People should avoid this place at all costs, this place supports anti hunting groups that regularly have been known to troll and mock a disabled girl online,as well as being a very radical group,nothing to do with anti hunting just pure vandalism and an excuse for another radical movement,also a huge cause of extinction of British traditions,don't suport this bar or the venue
