We went here on boxing day and despite it being busy our server Georgia was amazing. She was incredibly helpful and really kind and welcoming. She made our experience much better and will definitely be back.

The ambience was lovely, and the staff was super friendly and attentive. We had nachos, potato skins with bacon, and Cajun-spiced chicken fajitas. The food was delicious, but quantity-wise, the nachos weren?t value for money, and overall, everything felt a bit pricey.
The Passionate Sunrise mocktails were amazing and definitely a highlight. There was a bit of a wait during peak hours to get seated, as well as for the food to be served. Overall, it was a good experience.

Customer service was excellent, Kaitlyn was lovely and a very helpful. We love going to TGI?s Metro Centre for a family treat, our son loves the food here, the staff always make time to talk to him & he loves the activity packs. Food is always lovely too.

Great experience at TGI Fridays tonight. 1st time for my wife and daughter and they thoroughly enjoyed it and the food. Kaitlyn was a lovely server too.

Popped in for few cocktails and to use my strips. Jack the barman was fab even remembered that I drink 77 sunset strip tried the new bubble gum daiquiri on the rocks was absolutely lovely tasted like I was drinking candy defo better than the frozen one
