Went for advice from a pharmacist, as we are urged to do so. Pharmacist was standoffish, as if I were asking for a class A drug. The rudest person I?ve met for a long time, as if she?d received her training in Broadmoor. If you don?t like people then why work in a job where you deal with people? All I wanted was advice but left none the wiser. I?ve used this pharmacy many times and it is usually okay but now that they?ve employed a former prison camp commandant I?ll avoid it and advise anyone else to do the same.

Have always had great service. Can't believe how quick they are, I can put the request for a repeat prescription into my Doctor on a Friday and it's ready a day or two later. I always get a text to tell me when the prescription is ready.

Worst pharmacy I?ve ever ever known of, the problems my husband has had trying to get his prescription! Nothing but lazy rude staff especially the two women working there, my partner asked what medication had been sent (she had the prescription in her hand) she huffed and said with a snotty tone ?there?s 4 medications in there? my poor husband felt like he was just an issue, they need more training and especially learn how to deal with customers face to face. If you can?t be nice to customers you?re in the wrong job! I will be making a formal complaint, my husband and myself now use a different pharmacy.

So helpful I nearly cried the pharmacist was amazingly helpful got me my emergency script since my doctors messed up again! And im 24 weeks pregnant and I couldn't be more greatful de-stressed me couldn't recommend more thank you!

Staff are always so friendly and go above and beyond to help. Have a large number of prescriptions on a frequent basis and they always make sure they?re right and chase up the Doctor?s surgery if any is missing or late, which is a massive help and relief especially as I have immense anxiety issues which ordinarily make trips out an ordeal.

Rude staff...same 2 girls that work there...refuse to let me buy painkillers as I bought them 2 month prior. Then took my prescription and waited an hour for it .
