Really friendly helpful staff. Plenty of choice for every budget. Just had our carpet laid today and it's exactly as we expected. Fitter did a fantastic job and tidied up after himself. Definitely recommend a visit.

Absolutely fantastic?. From the sales assistant Rebecca, the estimator who measured and the fitters, Conner and his mate, didn?t get his name.Rebecca certainly knew her carpets and understood exactly what I wanted. She explained that the stair carpet would be ready after binding and i got a call as soon as it was ready for fitting. Today Conner came and was so efficient and helpful. Thank you so much, amazing service.

Have used Tapi Carpets many times for myself and family. Just had a living room carpet put down. Had a little mishap at first and received the wrong carpet, but tapi were brilliant and sorted things out in a very professional manner. Can't fault them at all. Would definitely recommend this company, from going into store, to the fitting guys. Class.
