I?m honestly so disgusted with the way I was treated at Superdrug Metro Centre yesterday (16th August around 4pm).
I was shopping with my toddler and finally got a chance to look at the makeup section. There was a product that was clearly already unsealed and looked like it had been used before, which anyone would assume is a tester. I tried a tiny bit on my hand to see the colour, and suddenly a member of staff started having a go at me in such a rude and unprofessional way, telling me not to use it.
How is that my fault when the product is sitting there already opened and looks exactly like a tester? Instead of dealing with it politely, she spoke down to me and made me feel so uncomfortable. It was honestly embarrassing and completely unnecessary.
By hiring staff like her, you?re losing customers I ended up going straight to Boots and bought the exact same product there instead.

I recently had my ear pierced with a lovely women named Lauren C at metrocentre red mall, she was very informative about were I want pierced and about what would need to do for after care, going through time to heal cleaning and also what to avoid while going through healing. Whilst getting my ear peirce was very patient while fully deciding were wanted it done, overall lauren was kind, caring, informative and all round friendly and very easy to talk with. Would give more stars if could she went above and beyond what expected. Excellent person to be in the position she is in.

What an absolute belta of an employee Jessica is!! I came in today 11.06.25 and what a delight to have such a kind and friendly experience of customer service ONTOP of helping me still redeem my points when I didn?t have my loyalty card with me. I left the store with not only a smile on my face but with a really valuable life hack for the days on which I?m forgetful. What a Gem she was! We need more community like her ???

Having visited superdrug metro centre,5/12/24,I am delighted to say what a wonderful member of staff ,whom I now know is called Samantha (Sam) was there to assist me.Sam was extremely knowledgeable and informative regarding gifts I was purchasing for my partner,showing me several different products before making a choice .
Wonderful stress free experience having Sam to help me out.

Took my daughter for her 1st ear piercing. Sam was amazing, she was very patient and friendly and we were really impressed with her knowledge and competency to safely carry out this procedure. Thank you!
