I definitely wouldn't go back. I ordered a salad box they only put two very small scoops of tuna on and very little salad. I had to go to the supermarket to buy more food.

I ordered 6inch sub saver nacho chicken(its only with nachochicken,chesse,lettuce, tomato, southwest sauce)price is£2.99.i told him I don't need tomato,so he charged me £4.35 because not to add tomatoes,after lot of argument, i got balance money back,I don't know what logic is this,if we have to avoid something thing, have to have pay more?worst sandwich and experience,i never go back to that shop again.

Entered and the member of staff was taking a phone call, I didn?t mind as they wrapped up quickly. But during the toasting stage of the order they take another call!Subs were standard but staff not too welcoming

I had a great experience at this Subway this morning (4th April). I was a bit finicky with how I wanted my tuna sub but the guy who served me was really nice about it. I didn't feel like a bother, I left happy and my sandwich was great.Dietary restrictions: My server was more than happy to make/alter my sandwich exactly as I requested.

Asked for coffee. The guy spoke to me very quickly hoping I will not understand as I am a foreigner and filled my cup of coffee to the brim. Not sure what he tried to prove me.

Use this subway all the time. My 3 year old son needed the toilet so I asked the staff member and he said sorry we have lost the key, literally a second later the female staff member gave me the key for the toilet. Today I visited again and my son couldn?t use the toilet because they?ve lost it again apparently ? I totally understand they don?t like the kids coming in and making a mess but this was a 3 year old toddler we are talking about. Won?t be spending another penny in here.

Had a good experience in this subway. Ordered a tuna salad and a margarita slice after a long 12 mile walk to Birtley and back. It was just what I needed to refuel myself after such a journey. Great customer service and all the salad was fresh. Got talking to one of the staff about my walk and had a good conversation. The salad tasted amazing and the margarita slice did too. It was a place that I felt relaxed in. 10/10.

First of all, i had to wait 5 min befire i order. I ordered big cheese steak. 8.19 pounds.I ordered the most expensive one and could not add other lettuce or other ingredients like tomato. What a shame.Also, after toasting bread, it stick to the oven and made all mess. My sandwich is stick to the paper and it is weird and horrible menuDon't recommend any of thisIt is bad bad. Paper cover stick to your sandwich. No vegetables. Not worth the money
