Team Valley Store. Shame I can?t give a zero.
I can?t believe what I just witnessed. The manager (Matthew) bullying young female employees. His attitude was disgusting. I feel sick to my stomach with what I saw. Matthew, pointing and shouting at the staff telling them they?re taking the number 1 spot away and losing sales They should sell more, and do their jobs! I went over to tell him that he has just lost a sale - by the way he was speaking to his staff. I told him the way he was speaking them was absolutely disgusting and appalling. I honestly can?t believe it! He just stood there and looked at me in horror. He then proceeded to say it was a scenerio. Really!?? In front of a customer? Completely untrue! Can?t work your way out of this one Matthew! Bully! No way to speak to anyone! One of the young female employees was trying to defend another employee. He was getting more irate and arguing with her. He has zero managerial skills, interpersonal skills or morals. The way he carried on made me feel sick. This clearly was not a scenario. When I challenged Matthew he rolled his eyes at me - said what? I haven?t done anything. His demeanour changes. He quickly turned into a little boy who had been caught red handed. I really feel for the staff who have had to put up with his bad attitude and behaviour towards them. It was abuse, and bullying! I will be getting in contact with the area manager. A review of the cctv definitely needs to be done. As pointing at staff and his attitude is unacceptable. Unbelievable! Get him out!

Absolute joke I asked 2 people if the shorts were on the two for 28 and said yes only to be told sports direct deliberately put them on the wrong leg so the customer says it?s ok il just pay at point of sale by the cashier on the till joke ! Stay away

Purchased a pair of addidas samba 6 months and 2 weeks ago. The sole is coming away so toke back to shop snd the manager didn't want to know. I know they are on minimum wage but come on. Won't ever use a sports direct again.

To the previous post. I feel your frustration but you can't blame the staff for where the changing rooms are and how they are put up.. and to call the staff creepy is a bit unfair in my opinion.. And regarding the refund policy.
Sports Direct have never done refunds and they do have signs up at the tills stating that.. But also, if you'd have asked the cashier what there policy was they would have told you.. it's upto you to ask.

Absolutely creepy and disgusting experience.
Insufficient changing rooms so people are knocking on door and rushing you.
Creepy male staff taller than the door so they keep staring at you as you try things on.
And then they don't accept returns and do refunds, and instead give you a store credit note.
Why on earth would I ever want to go back there to shop????
So more male staff gets a chance to be creepy???

Very very poor customer service, took a pair of trainers back after six weeks as damaged.
Assistant Manageress informed me that I had damaged them on purpose.
What an insult!!!!
Tried to call head office, tried online to contact someone in authority but to no avail.
Decided to go along to Sports Direct at Metro Centre, manager there changed trainers no problem at all.
Maybe the manageress at Retail World hated men, who knows but what a farce.!!!0
She obviously did not put the customer first, she did not believe me, told me how I had damaged shoes, unbelievable.
I had to give 1 star to be able to write this review. Should be a 0
