Such a lovely relaxed friendly atmosphere with no pressure to buy just wonderful support and advise given if needed. Earl Yeomans was brilliant and we got everything we were after, all ordered and delivery sorted to suite us. Definitely the best place to go for your sofa.

although the staff are friendly and helpful. No fault there My sofas are nice and comfortable. The problem is mine was imperfect, so they fixed it with cardboard and glue. Which customer services said its normal. As that is what the arms of the sofas are made of.

Lee the manager at Sofolgy Gateshead was outstanding we had experienced 7 days of phone calls to the call centre to get or sofa installed and with no joy . !! But on visiting the store in Gateshead and speaking with Lee ,we had a phone call within 1hour to say the fitters would be there on Sunday 24th ,!! They came and did the job within 1 hour thank you Lee Rod and Janice

After an off putting visit to our local Sofology in Middlesbrough, myself and my partner decided to visit here with a sofa already in mind. We were greeted as we entered the store but left alone to browse which we didn?t experience at Middlesbrough! We settled on a totally different sofa to what we originally had in mind and were served by Maria. She was absolutely lovely, non pushy and down to earth. She explained everything without going into overkill. At no point did we feel pressured or harassed by any staff in the store, they were all friendly and there if needed. I couldn?t have asked for a better experience after our first was the total opposite!

Disgusting customer service. Ordered sofa which took twice as long to come as they said. Sofa is faulted and still waiting on a repair or even an acknowledgement of the repair 4 weeks later!! Dispite calls, emails and even visiting the shop! What was once a positive experience has now left a bitter taste in my mouth from there lack of after care!

If I could give 0 stars I would!! Disgusting service from a large company!! Happy to falsely sell me an item then refuse the issue to be rectified. Now £1000 down with not a single care from Sofology.Plenty other stores you can buy a sofa from... Would not even dream of setting foot into this store again!

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Emma from the Gateshead store. We met with her over a few consecutive weekends as we discussed our ?quite particular? wants and needs! She pulled every resource possible to give us some options and although we didn?t make a purchase I need to give her some recognition! She entertained our little girl whilst my husband and I discussed colours and potential layouts! She listened to us and never seemed pushy, she was knowledgable and relatable!Thank you so much Emma!
