Have always used this store but after purchasing my son a little tykes car and parts continuously missing, I was made to feel like I was a problem and the staff were doing me a favour replacing the missing parts never mind that I had to keep going back and forth to store to keep arguing there was all these issues. The manager had no interest and staff were horridly rude and was even told at one point there was no issue with the product it was my fault. We usually shopped here once a week but will not be using any longer really disapointing. My advice is to avoid the store as the customer service level is non existant.

Brought my little un here to get a toy.....she absolutely loves the place. Big toy shop with plenty of choice. Easy for adults to shop and loads of room in the aisles. Staff also helped out getting stuff which we wanted. ? loads of easy and free parking right outside.

Came here today to look at some strollers for my 1 year old, as they are on display to try that?s exactly what we did. I put my son in a couple and walked around, there was a worker lady there with another family helping them purchase a high chair so I just helped myself as I have done before. I walked around the corner with my son in the pushchair to get my partner to see what he thought as he was with our older son (was gone a matter of seconds) then came back to her on her earpiece saying ?doesn?t matter they?ve just come back round the corner? whilst being stared out from her, then when I confronted her about her telling her colleagues that she thought I was stealing the pushchair!!!! I was mortified, embarrassed and couldn?t wait to leave. I paid £1,500 for my egg travel set which was in the boot of my car why on earth would I want to steal a £150 stroller. Disgusted isn?t the word, I have purchased most of my baby items from here and tried other prams before and NEVER had that problem. To be made to feel like I don?t dare pick another pushchair to test it in case I?m accused of stealing. MORE TRAINING IS NEEDED I THINK! Maybe take the prams off display if your worried people are going to steal. Fancy saying it in front of another family as well for them to be staring at me too.

Razer Kaira X Xbox Heard.
Well what a pain the service was from Smyths. Required a new set of headphones for my sons pc, he liked the Razer Karia and seen these ones online at smyths. We went to smyths and asked the sales person to have a look at these headphones, even though it states for xbox it also stated on the box that they are compatible for pc aswel. The sales person confirmed this and advised "yes they will work on Pc". We got them home and my son could not wait to unbox them. Immediately my son said he had audio through them but his mic was not working, I thought this was a fault with the headphones. I returned back to Smyths and spoke with another sales person explaining the issues I was having. He tested them on his mobile phone (not PC) and low and behold he got the microphone to work on his phone. The sales person said as the headphones were worker on his phone he was unable to offer any further assistance and stated that this would have to be done through Razer. Two so-called sales assistants down and still neither of them new anything regarding the products they are selling. I took them home and done some further research myself. A look on Google and I found that these headphones require an xbox one stereo adapter to allow them to work on Pc, something that was never picked up or advised by Smyths sales personnel. Took them back to Smyths and explained that I was sold these headphones as being compatible with Pc but was never advised you needed adapter as the sales assistants I previously dealt with did not know this. Full refund was given the third time round as I provided the evidence. What a pain......

I purchased Roblox cards for my 2 grandsons. They tried to enter the details on their iPads and the cards wouldn?t work. I went straight back to the store where a young guy named James went out of his way to enter the codes and explained how to identify which are zeros and which are noughts. He was very helpful and I really appreciated everything he did to solve the problem. I have 2 very happy little boys ? Thank You James you?re a STAR ?
