Special shout-out to the young lad who helps doing the trollers outside called Daniel. Always helpful and smiling and a credit to the store. Always great for a chat and engages with customers. I struggle with mobility and he kindly got me a trolley and made sure I was okay. Lovely young lad ?

I can?t thank the staff at Sainsbury?s enough. I stupidly lost a very sentimental piece of jewellery and wasn?t certain when I?d lost it but on the off chance it was when I was in Sainsbury?s I called and left my details. Harry called to say one of the staff had found it in the oranges and it was safe and ready to collect when I was able to. To have such honest staff is a credit to Sainsbury?s. It would have been very easy for them to just slip it into their pocket and take it but they did the right thing and it absolutely made my day as I never expected to see it again. If I could have spoken to the staff member directly I would have just to say how much it meant to me. Luckily I had to chance to thank Harry. I shop here every week and I?m so pleased I do as if this had happened elsewhere, I?m sure I wouldn?t have got it back. Many many many thanks to all at Sainsbury?s who helped me. ??

Ordered an Americano with cold milk sit in...... actually got Americano hot milk take out, then put more cold milk in myself for the milk lid to come off and drown my coffee......not impressed
